Financial Assistance

The Urbandale Soccer Club (USC) is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing children a fun and rewarding experience playing soccer. It is our belief that every child should have the opportunity to play regardless of ability to pay. Because of this, USC offers financial assistance to families of true need. This financial assistance will help to offset the cost of registration, however it will not include costs associated with uniforms, equipment or travel expenses.

The financial assistance application is attached below. All applications will be treated with Respect and Confidentiality. Any information provided on the application is for the sole purpose of helping USC award assistance. All information is kept strictly confidentail. Incomplete forms may not be considered. Please understand that our financial assistance funds are limited and based on a season-to-season case-by-case basis. Financial assistance will be awarded based on application and availability of funds.

Instructions to apply for Financial Assistance

  • Complete the application form (found here) with all requested information and sign. Parents must commit to 15 volunteer hour over the season.
  • Attach any requested documentation specified on the application form.
  • Mail application and requested documentation to:
